Stop reading guides.
Start following one.
Absolute Leveling puts the next objective, a waypoint arrow and a route drawn across your map right inside World of Warcraft. Steps advance on their own as you play, so your eyes stay on the game instead of a second monitor.
How it works
Three steps from login to autopilot
No spreadsheets, no browser tabs. Install it once and the addon handles the bookkeeping while you handle the fighting.
Drop it in your AddOns folder
Grab it from CurseForge or install the zip by hand. One folder, no dependencies, no extra libraries to chase down.
Pick a guide for your character
Open the picker with /abs guides. Guides are filtered to your faction, and steps adjust to your class and race.
Follow the line
The arrow points, the map shows the path, and each objective ticks over as soon as you finish it. You just play.
In game
A step panel that stays out of your way
The guide panel is a slim, translucent strip you can drag anywhere and scale to taste. It shows the current objective, what comes next, and a clickable button for any quest item the step needs.
- Steps complete themselves from quest log, location and level events
- Quest-item and target buttons you can bind to a key
- A marker on your XP bar shades the XP waiting in completed quests, so you know if a turn-in run will level you

Built for the grind
Everything a route needs, nothing it doesn't
Each feature exists to shave a few seconds off a step. Over sixty levels, those seconds add up to hours.
Animated map route
The full path for the current leg is drawn on your world map with numbered pins, so you can see the plan at a glance.
Waypoint arrow
A compact arrow with distance readout points to the next objective. Works on its own; TomTom is optional.
Auto accept
Quests the guide calls for are picked up for you, and you hand them in yourself. Hold Shift when talking to an NPC to take over manually.
Flights & hearth handled
When the step says fly, the right destination is chosen at the flight master. Hearth reminders keep your bind point where the route expects it.
Hardcore-aware
Hardcore realms are detected automatically and death-skip steps are dropped from every route, so one-life characters never get told to die.
Route recorder
Record your own path as you play, then export it as a shareable guide string anyone can import.

The route
Your world map, drawn in
Open the map and the whole leg is laid out: a glowing dotted line, numbered stops in order, and a pulsing ring on where you are headed next. A matching pin sits on the minimap so you never need to open the big map mid-pull.
How navigation worksCoverage
One path from 1 to 60
Guides are organised by level bracket for both factions. All 44 routes are live: every race’s starting zone and every zone to 60, for Alliance and Horde, with shared zones showing each faction only its own quests.
Free, from 1 to 60
Every route from the starting zones to level 60 ships with the addon, for both factions, and every guide stays free. If it saves you time, an optional donation keeps new routes coming.
