Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By downloading, installing or using Absolute Leveling (“the addon”) or using absolutegaming.store (“the site”), including its accounts and comments, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the addon or the site.

2. Licence

The addon is free. You may use it for your own play and share the official download. You may not sell it, bundle it into paid products, or remove copyright notices from it.

3. Donations

Donations are voluntary, made through a third-party provider, and do not buy any feature, content or priority. They are not refundable except where the law requires.

4. User-created routes

Routes you record and share remain yours. By sharing a guide string publicly you allow others to import and use it. Only import routes from sources you trust.

5. Accounts and community rules

You need an account to comment on the site. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what is posted from your account. One person, one account.

Comments must be about our addons and must not contain: harassment, hate or threats; spam, advertising or links to cheats, exploits or gold selling; other people’s private information; sexual content; or anything illegal. Comments you post remain yours, and you allow us to show them on the site.

We may remove any comment and suspend any account that breaks these rules, without notice. You can delete your own comments or your whole account at any time.

6. Game rules

You are responsible for following Blizzard Entertainment’s terms of service and the rules of any realm you play on. The addon uses only the interface the game makes available to addons.

7. No warranty

The addon and site are provided “as is”. Game patches can change behaviour without notice. We are not liable for lost progress, character deaths (including on hardcore characters), or other in-game outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the free addon or the site.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
